My love for baking began in my childhood kitchen in Langley, B.C., where warm cookies were more than food — they were comfort, connection, and care. That belief followed me through pastry training in New York City and years of cooking around the world, where I kept learning the same truth: food brings people together.
Over time, I started asking a different question — what if snacks could do more? What if they could taste incredible and nourish people in a practical, everyday way?
That idea became Nicely Made Foods.
